رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Translation
Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.

Yes. Allah forgives those who truly turn back, even after sinning many times. Feel sorry and ask with a true heart. Allah's mercy is always open.
Be honest. Soften your heart. Make dua for forgiveness. Say what you did. Trust Allah's mercy - it covers all sins when you truly mean it.
Make wudu. Pray two rakʿahs. Then say the forgiveness dua. This shows you want change. Ask Allah to forgive, like in masnoon dua.
Zina is a big sin. But Allah's mercy? Even bigger. Real regret and a promise to stop - Allah can forgive. Make a true dua and promise change.
If you keep asking with real regret each time, Allah's mercy is still there. Keep making dua for forgiveness. Keep trying to be better.
