اَللَّهُمَّ أَذْهِبْ حَرَّهَا وَبَرْدَهَا، وَوَصَبَهَا

Transliteration

Allaahumma adh-hib harrahaa wa bardahaa wa wa-sabahaa

Translation

O Allah ! Remove its [evil eye] heat and cold and its pain.

Say A'uzu bi kalimatil-lahiltammati, min kulli shaitanin wa hammah, wa min kulli 'aynin lammah. It asks Allah for safety from shaitan, bad creatures, and nazar.
