اَللَّهُمَّ مَتِّعْنِي بِسَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَاجْعَلْهُمَا الْوَارِثَ مِنِّي، وَانْصُرْنِي عَلَى مَنْ ظَلَمَنِي وَخُذْ مِنْهُ بِثَأْرِي
Transliteration
Allaahumma matti‛ni bi sam‛i wa basari waj-‛alhumal-waaritha minni, wan-surni ‛alaa man zalamani, wa khudh minhu bi tha’ri
Translation
O Allah, grant me enjoyment of my hearing and sight, and keep them healthy and sound until the day I die, and aid me against those who oppress me, and avenge me from them.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اسْتَعِيذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ اسْتَعِيذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ اسْتَعِيذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ وَاسْتَعِيذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Translation
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Seek refuge with Allah from the punishment of Hell, and seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of the grave. Seek refuge in Allah from the trial of Al-Masihid-Dajjal, and seek refuge in Allah from the trials of life and death.” [Hasan (Albani). Tirmidhi: 3604]
Surah Al-Araf ayat show muslims how strong and kind Allah is. They guard against black magic and harm. Hearts stay close to Allah. Barakah and hope grow.
Say this: O Allah, make me healthy in my body. O Allah, keep my hearing safe. O Allah, keep my sight safe. There is no one worthy of worship but You.
Muslims read surah Fatiha, surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat ul-Kursi, Surah Yaseen, surah Al-Kafirun, surah Al-Ikhlas, surah Al-Nas, and surah Falaq when they want health and healing.
Say O Allah, Give me good hearing. O Allah, Give me good eyes. There is no god but You. Read this three times every morning and three times every evening.
Say Allahumma Rabban-nas, adhhib al-ba'sa, ishfi anta al-Shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uka, shifa'an la yughadiru saqama. This asks Allah to heal you fully and remove all sickness.
O Allah protect me from in front, from behind, from my right side and left, and from above me. I ask Your help so I am not taken from under me. Say this to stay safe from every harm.
