Abu Hurayrah (RA) narrated: The mu'adhdhin is trusted and the imam has a responsibility.

اَللَّهُمَّ أَرْشِدِ الْأَئِمَّةَ وَاغْفِرْ لِلْمُؤَذِّنِيْنَ

Transliteration

Allaahumma arshidil a-immata wagfir lilmua-ddhinin

Translation

O Allah, guide the imams and forgive the mu'adhdhins.
